The Firm
Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a distinguished growing employment practice in Jersey. You will advise on a broad range of employment matters, alongside renowned Partners on cases that shape employment law offshore.
The Role
* Advising on complex employment and regulatory issues, including development of new legislation
* Supporting with employee relations matters such as sickness absence, immigration, and business licensing
* Working closely with the regulatory group on island-specific compliance and legislative changes
* Collaborating on new employment law development, including advising government bodies on policy
About You
* Minimum 8 years PQE experience in employment matters at a leading City, international, or regional law firm
* Qualified in the UK or Ireland
* Willing to relocate to Jersey
