Hours; Monday to Friday 0800:1700
Pay; £12.00 - £12.50phr
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities and experience:
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes
* Proven administrative skills with the ability to manage registrations and update CRMs adeptly
* A team player who is well-organized and adaptable
* People management
* Previous recruitment is desirable
* Driving licence required
As a Recruitment Consultant at Quest Employment, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing various administrative tasks with precision and speed, included completion of payroll
* Registering candidates and maintaining up-to-date records in our systems
* Confidently communicating with candidates and clients, building strong relationships
* Demonstrating a professional and friendly attitude at all times
* Monitoring productivity to optimize efficiency
* Manage social media posts
* Approaching problem-solving with a flexible and professional demeanor
