Salary: £23,878 (pro rata)
Contract type: Part-time, permanent
Working hours: 24 hours per week: 8am-4:30pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Part-Time Environmental Education Instructor to lead engaging, hands-on environmental education programs. The instructor will work with various age groups, from SEND schools, children to adults. Delivering curriculum-based and experiential learning activities, both indoors and outdoor settings, environmental themed birthday parties and more.
Requirements
* Teaching qualification or education sector experience required.
* Able to plan, develop, and deliver environmental education programs.
* Adapt lessons to different learning styles and ages, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the customer base.
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
* Willingness to work in variable weather conditions.
* Certificate in Forest School Programme Leadership (desirable, not essential).
* Full UK Driving license.
