Salary £27,00 PLUS *Excellent commission opportunities*
Reporting to: Business Development Manager and Senior Management Team
Role Responsibilities:
* Making qualifiable appointments for senior operations managers to attend with new, prospective clients
* Generating sales leads, both major blue-chip companies and SME businesses, making connections and appointments
* Gathering and maintaining accurate customer information using a CRM system
* Using targeted cleansed data to identify leads
* Identifying decision makers and potential manned guarding requirements
* Maintain a close relationship with prospects and clients; form successful working relationships to allow scope for further ad-hoc sales and drive future opportunities.
* Lead- generation through outbound calls, LinkedIn and marketing campaigns
* Develop and manage existing customer requirements
* Work closely with senior leaders on sales strategy and pipeline
* Make use of platforms such as LinkedIn to promote the business, network and to initiate and progress leads
* Provide regular updates to the SMT
Required skills and experience:
* GCSE in English and Maths
* Positive attitude, enthusiastic and must be able to show initiative
* Professional and confident phone manner
* Confidence to deal with people at all levels and of different backgrounds
* B2B sales/telesales/business development experience advantageous
We are offering a competitive salary and benefits including;
* Basic salary of £27,000
* Commission of £25 per appointment paid on each qualifiable appointment attended by CEO or senior management team - huge opportunity to earn more!
* 21 days holiday per annum plus all UK Bank Holidays. Holiday allowance rises by 1 day per year with service, up to a maximum of 25 days.

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
