We're looking for someone to manage and own the account of a leading High Street Retailer, supplying Health, Beauty & wellness products that are Market/Category leading, innovative, and displaying continuous growth. They have a strong Brand presence in the market and are looking for additional team members to support their ongoing growth. Description Day to Day account management across all channels / product categories Lead and execute JBPs, building a strong partnership with the customer, managing all activities across trade spend, promotional budgets, and driving category growth initiatives. Work alongside the UK Retail Director in meeting with customers, building relationships, and seeking out new business opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the retail channel, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities Provide regular reporting to the business on account performance aswel as accurate sales forecasts Profile The successful candidate should have: A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. FMCG experience dealing with a national retail customer (ideally Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barratt etc.) Strong relationship management skills. Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen Ability to analyse and interpret data, using this to inform decision making Job Offer A salary range of £40-47k plus bonus.
