The Role:
* Support and implement the organisations HR people strategy.
* Work with managers to provide practical solutions to people-related matters.
* Lead casework on workforce development, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, maternity/paternity leave, absence, and welfare.
* Embed workforce strategies promoting quality improvement, financial sustainability, and community focus.
* Develop, train, and coach managers on inclusion, employee engagement, and high-performance principles.
* Support administrative matters related to organisational and workforce development.
The Successful Candidate:
* Level 5 HR/Business qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience coaching and influencing managers, providing policy advice, leading casework, and supporting change processes.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail, resilience, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work autonomously.
