Job Description
As Operational Administrator, you will be providing essential support to operational field teams, account teams, and other relevant departments.
This may include coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between different teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
By leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail, you'll contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the OSC, helping to uphold the high standards of service excellence that our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engaging with recruitment partners to support the resourcing requirements of the Key Account Network field operation
2. Maintaining and updating trackers to assist in the resourcing and onboarding of temporary placemakers
3. To ensure escalation of any pending issue’s to ISS Management within the SLA agreement
4. Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
5. Collating data and inputting information into relevant reporting system as required including purchasing requests and consumable orders
6. Creating and maintaining business reports and records of activity for resourcing statistics
7. Supplier liaison for any agency and purchasing queries
8. To ensure each candidate has the correct documentation to meet hiring compliance guidelines
9. Ensuring all information necessary is stored in the system, up to date and accurate
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Experienced in adhering to customer and business KPIs and SLAs
11. Experienced in using Microsoft Excel up to intermediate level and other Microsoft applications
12. Demonstrates the ability to monitor and respond to short term work volume variations and ensure team functions are covered to meet the demand
13. Ability to work on their own initiative in liaison with line manager/ supervisor
14. Good communication and effective call handling skills
15. Experience of reporting and communicating data to both clients and other team members
16. Demonstrates a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service, able to think and react to changes in the field
17. Analytical and methodical in approach
18. Well organised, deadline oriented with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining accuracy, prioritise and manage competing demands
19. Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves
