An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hard-working clerical officer to join the Community Child Health Team on a 6 month Secondment/Fixed Term basis.
The clerical officer will provide administrative support to the community child health, medical and nursing staff within the care group, working closely with the School Nursing Team to provide services to the population of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
The successful candidate must be numerate and literate and must be able to work under pressure and have good keyboard skills.
This is a fixed term/secondment post for 6 months to meet the needs of the service.

To provide effective, efficient, confidential and cohesive administrative and clerical support to the Community Child Health, Medical and Nursing staff within the Directorate, to enable provision of Child Health and School Health Services to the population of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).
The post holder will undertake clerical duties associated with the School Health Services to support the Medical and Nursing staff in delivering services. They will require standard keyboard skills to access and update the National Child Health computer system.
The post holder will undertake general administrative and clerical duties as required, assuming responsibility for their own work with the ability to organise and prioritise workload. They will use their own initiative, working to organisational guidelines and policies; the Line Manager will be available to deal with any concerns.
