We are currently recruiting a Digital Media Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract, located in Quedgeley, Gloucester.
This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, offering a salary up to £23,500.
We're not after a marketing specialist; instead, we need someone with a strong graphic design background who can manage and maintain the digital classroom presentation content and handle tasks like digital access management and file/data security.
This role is much more about ensuring the smooth operation of the digital media assets rather than marketing or promotion.
This role is ideal for a creative and organised individual with a background in graphic design and a passion or interest in aviation.
We are looking for someone who has design skills (ideally with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) and can collaborate across departments.
Digital Media Assistant main duties:
1. Classroom Presentation Content Management: Maintain and update digital classroom materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
2. Digital Access Management: Oversee and manage digital access for educational content, ensuring proper permissions are granted.
3. File Security/Data Security: Safeguard digital assets and ensure all content is protected and handled securely.
4. Brand Awareness: Assist in maintaining and developing brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Digital Media Assistant required skills and experience:
1. Graphics Design Background: Previous experience or qualification in graphic design.
2. Excellent English Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively, internally with colleagues in different departments, and externally with UK and international clients and students.
4. Basic understanding of computer hardware and hierarchical folder/file structure.
5. A passion for the aviation industry and enthusiasm for the subject matter.
6. Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly MS PowerPoint.
