The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project plans for activities and milestones whilst managing task completion schedules. As directed by Head of PMO, you will Identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs for new projects and after launch, track and manage projects and activities across the business ensuring all internal stakeholders are engaged to enable delivery of projects, on time and on budget. You will create and manage project documentation including plans, progress reports, risk process outputs and effective action logs. When required also complete interim project performance analysis and post project review summaries. This includes benefits analysis and continuous improvement opportunities. Lead change management process including Passport Evolution, Updates and Gate reviews. General Experience and Knowledge; Language Ability: Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business documentation, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
