Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse to join our friendly and motivated team of staff working on the hospital Wards. This is a full- time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns. Duties of this role include: • Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for complex patients. • Useadvancedclinical knowledge to make timely and appropriate decisions, escalating where necessary. • Administer medication safely and monitor patient response, ensuring adherence to NMC and local protocols. • Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and effective workload management across the shift. • Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management, and risk reporting procedures. • Act as a key contact for patients and their families, offering clinical updates, reassurance, and information to support shareddecision-making. • Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between services.
