Fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager with retail experience to join this ambitious, fast-growing and dynamic startup based in South West London.

THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Manager will:
* Manage the marketing calendar across all digital channels
* Develop and optimise email marketing strategies, including setting the email calendar, email scheduling, segmentation, automation and performance analysis
* Manage paid activity end-to-end from campaign and content planning, through production, delivery, in-flight monitoring optimisation and post-campaign analysis
* Ensure marketing communications are joined up across channels and that the customer journey is seamless
* Keep abreast of product offering, and how they are performing
* Oversee social media (Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest), working with the Social Media Manager
* Work with the wider team on SEO strategy and ensure it is joined up with paid activity
* Report on performance across channels provide insights and recommendations
This role is based in South West London with 3 days per week in the office.
YOU
The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will come from an e-retail marketing background, and be at home working in small teams and in fast-paced environments.
You will have experience of:
* Working across all digital marketing channels, including email, paid media and social
* Running email acquisition and retention programmes including automation (Klaviyo experience would be useful but not essential)
* Running and optimising paid media campaigns in Meta and Google
* Analysing data in Google Analytics (or similar analytics software) to create regular reports & insights
You will also:
* Have a real passion for all digital channels and understand how to use them to bring brands and products to life
* Love collaborating with others and able to bring together different team members and skill sets
* Be full of energy and enthusiasm, with an inquisitive mind
