As part of our professional, friendly, and compassionate team, you will do everything you can to ensure the patient’s treatment is of the highest standard.
We are looking for someone to work alongside the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our patients feel safe and welcomed into the department. As well as undertaking basic duties, you will function as a clinical practitioner responsible for the delivery of patient care, managing, and organizing a workload on a daily basis.
In addition, you will be required to supervise junior staff and mentor nursing students. The candidate will be responsible for the setting up and running of clinics in the outpatient department. You will assist clinicians within the department, including chaperoning, pre-assessment, and complex wound dressings. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Initiative is also a must.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and welcoming to ensure that patients feel safe when coming into the department. Phlebotomy is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
