Responsibilities:
1. Design and implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standards.
2. Define and drive the long-term architectural direction, ensuring solutions fit within the overall enterprise strategy.
3. Manage system upgrades and integrations, collaborating with integration consultants for seamless third-party connections.
4. Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and enterprise architects to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Workday solutions.
Skills/Must have:
1. Proven experience architecting Workday solutions, particularly in HR domain and Workday modules like Core HCM, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
2. Ability to independently lead solution design within a Workday Platform team and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
3. Experience designing Workday integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and transformation.
