You will assist in daily operations within our kitchens, receiving guidance, support, and training from senior chefs. You'll manage your section, supervise junior team members, assist in ordering, and maintain cleanliness and ensuring a seamless culinary experience for our guests. Our chefs are integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining high standards of food safety, and demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and a customer-focused attitude. Fully engaging with all aspects of the estate, you'll contribute to a variety of food offerings, from vegetable-led dishes in the Garden Café to experimental archaeology in the Roman villa kitchen.
