Requirements:
* Must be a Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
* Previous experience in a primary care setting is essential
* Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Strong knowledge of patient care principles and anatomy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
* Conduct health assessments and provide advice on health-related issues
* Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
* Support the Infection Prevention Control (IPC) lead and work to the IPC Policy, implementing audits, training, and evidence of compliance
* Provide routine nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical-based evidence, NICE, and the NSF
* Implement vaccination programmes for adults and children such as Flu, Covid, and Shingles.
Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration
