Your role
As a Third-Party Injury Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing liability injury claims to closure, to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
In addition, you will ensure that customers, brokers and third parties/claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies. You will enjoy utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries, reach and convey decisions and impart knowledge to others.
About you
You will have previous experience working within a Liability Claims department that handles both liability injury and non-injury claims, handling claims up to a value of £100,000. We handle a wide range of EL and PL claims from across our extensive commercial book of business, so previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
