Job description As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, your role involves managing incoming customer calls, identifying their needs, and providing personalised solutions while promoting products and upselling when relevant. Your primary objective is to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet performance targets through excellent service. Provide solutions and upsell relevant packages. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Keep accurate records of customer interactions. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
