You’ll be paid a salary of up to £27,070 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Complete the weekly procurement process, ensuring timely, efficient and accurate delivery to site, remaining cost conscious at all times
* Apply the correct P&L coding and receipt of goods to ensure accurate month end results, ensuring prompt resolution of queries
* Help produce clear, accurate weekly results and accounts to the client and internal customers, providing informative analysis of data to the operation
* Actively promote continuous improvement culture within the team, and work with appropriate parties to improve processes that impact the department
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in a similar finance assistant role, experience in logistics would be beneficial
* Ability to analyse data and communicate results to the operation effectively
* Experience of working with MS Excel, with a creativeness and desire to help build new files to aid analysis and reporting
* AAT qualified or equivalent (or willing to study towards)
