Our client are searching for a new Field Service Engineer to join their ranks and provide great service (in both quality and customer service) to their customers in this region.

What you’ll be doing
As Field Service Engineer, you will be repairing, fault-finding, and providing preventative maintenance on our clients diverse range of medical devices.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Communicating with customers and staff at all levels promptly and professionally, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the plan of action
• Identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness in the devices you work on
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level, and escalating any situation where customer satisfaction is compromised
• Attending product training courses to maintain the most current knowledge of the market
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK and be able to travel to different sites around the region for work.
You’ll have existing experience in engineering with a transferable skillset to medical device installation, service, and support.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• A quick learner, specific engineering needs for each device should come quickly to you
• The ability to gain respect of stakeholders at all levels, both through customer service and quality of service
• A willingness to learn about the world of medical devices and grow your skillset
• Strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills
