Year 5 Teacher Role - Redhill (Potential to go Permanent)
We are seeking a Year 5 Teacher for a nurturing and innovative primary school in Redhill, in partnership with Randstad. This role is initially until Christmas, with the potential to extend until the end of the academic year-and possibly lead to a permanent position.
You will be working with a small class of 20 pupils, some of whom have additional needs. The class has had several supply teachers, so the children need consistency and a teacher who is committed to their progress and well-being for the rest of the year. While behavior has been challenging at times, this stems from the lack of stability. With the right guidance and care, the pupils have incredible potential to thrive.
The school places children at the heart of everything it does, with a motto of "Learning today, to make a difference tomorrow". They focus on developing children who are confident, motivated, and ready for their future, with values of Compassion, Courage, Responsibility, and Respect at the core of their ethos.
What to expect as a Year 5 Teacher here:
...
1. A small, supportive class with 20 children
2. An inclusive, warm school environment committed to well-being and academic success
3. An experienced and dedicated team, passionate about offering a creative and engaging curriculum
4. The opportunity to provide consistency and make a long-term difference in the lives of the pupils
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated teacher to bring stability and inspiration to a class that needs it most. If you're ready to commit to guiding these pupils and making a real difference in their learning journey, apply now!
Pay: Competitive
Contract: Temporary (until Christmas, with potential for extension or permanent role)
