Business Analyst - FTC (6-Months)
We're partnering with a leading British retail company. The company is embarking on an exciting period of growth and transformation, driven by an ambitious five-year plan and a new creative vision. This is a unique opportunity to join them at a pivotal moment, following the relocation of their office to a fantastic location in central London.
About The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in aligning business needs and solutions with strategic objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business and externally, you'll act as a link in translating business requirements into actionable solutions. This role demands a strong analytical approach, exceptional communication skills, and a focus on process improvement.
You Will
1. Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand how practices and processes support the business model.
2. Identify and communicate potential risks, ensuring their assessment and mitigation.
3. Pinpoint opportunities for business improvement, aligning outcomes with service vision and strategy.
4. Support the design of new business processes, conducting analysis to optimise performance and efficiency.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations around project scope, budget, and timelines.
6. Support staff and teams in implementing recommended changes, including issue resolution.
About You
1. Relevant BA certifications.
2. Minimum of one year's experience in a Business Analysis, project, or technical role.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
4. Experience as a BA across the full project lifecycle, not just IT.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Change management principles.
