Development Details:
The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on, dynamic role, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the maintenance and upkeep of 449 residential/commercial units. This role is predominantly focused on hands-on maintenance, but also includes administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
You will lead a diverse team, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires technical knowledge in gardening, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work, alongside strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
* You’ll have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections.
* You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
* You’ll understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
* Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
