This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a future in teaching or anyone with experience working with young people Role Details: Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire Pay: Starting at £110 per day, with potential to rise Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only) Key Focus: Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom engagement What You’ll Be Doing: Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials across different subjects Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment Supporting students with their work and encouraging participation Working closely with teaching staff and senior leadership What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable) Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships A proactive and adaptable approach to covering different subjects A degree or relevant education experience (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
