The roleis responsible forsupervising theWindsor,Ascotand Maidenheadadministrationteam This postis suitable for someone whocancoordinatework effectively and provide support,motivation, andguidance to other team members.
In this role you will need to have good customer service skillsandthe ability to multitask.
Youwillalsoneed to haveexcellent communication skills, be able toprioritiseand organise a varied workload.If you also thrive on variety this is a role you should consideras youwillhavetotraveltoother siteswhen the need ariseswhich includesMaidenhead/Windsor, Slough and Bracknellareayou will receivegenerous mileageallowancetofacilitatethis element of the role.
You will be joining aTrustwhich has been rated by the CQC as“Outstanding forCare” aTrust who invests in staffandlooksto provide them with ongoing training and personal development.
• Linemanagement oftheWAMadministration team includingrota management and recruitment
• Responsible for overseeingpromptcompletion of administration functionssuch as appointment bookings, clinic letter management, emails, telephone calls andqueries from physiotherapist team.
• Ensure targets and service level agreementsare met to support the clinical provision
• Tobe responsible fortheefficient running of the administration servicefor the physiotherapy department
• Take responsibility for digital referral management and new patient bookings
• Liaise with necessary services to supportandassistpatients as needed,ieInterpreting Service.
• Be the first point of contact for welcoming patientsandvisitorsattending the physiotherapy outpatientdepartment
• Collect data and statistics toaidmanagementin guiding the service direction.
• Work flexibly in responseto the needs of the patients,service,andphysiotherapists

1. Previousexperienceofmanaging anadministration team.
1. Good keyboard skills and the ability to use IT packagessuch as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
1. Ability to organise and prioritiseand experience of working inanoffice/ customer care
2. Beingdependableandin possession ofa UK driving licencewithaccess to a car
