Job Title: EHS Program Manager

Contract: 2 years | Day Rate: £500.00
Role Overview:
Siemens are looking for an experienced EHS Program Manager to lead and manage EHS activities for a new facility project. This role involves overseeing EHS sub-workstreams, ensuring compliance from building handover to operational readiness, and providing updates to the project steering board. The position includes managing risks, incident investigations, safety audits, and environmental compliance, with a focus on maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment. The construction and fit-out phases are managed separately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead EHS activities for the new facility, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001/14001, and local regulations.
2. Coordinate and manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
3. Conduct safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards and implementing corrective actions.
4. Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices.
5. Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and training to promote a culture of safety.
6. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and manage communication across cross-functional teams.
7. Manage EHS-related project risks, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001/14001) and local compliance standards.
2. Proven experience in risk management, incident investigation, safety audits, and environmental compliance.
3. Strong leadership abilities in managing a small EHS team and working cross-functionally.
4. Ability to develop and implement EHS programs and training.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software (e.g., Cority).
6. NEBOSH, ISO 14001/45001 Auditor certifications are a plus.
