Requirements:
* LanguageProficiency: Native/fluent in Italian (verbal andwritten) and fluent in English (C1 level orhigher).
* Experience:Previous experience in customer service roles ideally within travelor hotel segments.
* GDS SystemsKnowledge: Strong experience working with GDSsystems (Sabre Amadeus Galileo Worldspan) isessential.
* CommunicationSkills: A skilled communicator who excels atcreating personalized interactions withclients.
* TeamPlayer: Enjoys collaborating giving and receivingfeedback and lifting others up tosucceed.
* TechSavvy:Confident in using tools like Gmail Zendesk Slack and Salesforcealong with inhouse customer serviceplatforms.
* Flexibility:Willing to work nontraditional shifts including early mornings lateevenings andweekends.
* Eligibility:Must already have resettlement or legal status to live and work intheUK.
