WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You are an individual with a passion for Hospitality and have previous experience as Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. You will be focused on continuous and seamless guest service, have fantastic communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards. To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker, and a strong team player.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day-to-day running of the department. You’ll have a friendly yet professional persona and should have experience working with an establishment of a similar standard. You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team. You will ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards at all times, have a professional approach, and be standards-driven.
