Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including commercial refurbishments, new builds, and similar initiatives. Manage and coordinate multiple projects across Scotland. Lead and motivate project teams while ensuring efficient management of subcontractors. Provide strong reporting, tracking project progress, budget adherence, and quality standards. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing multiple contracts and delivering results across diverse commercial projects. Strong man management capabilities, with a focus on leadership and collaboration. Effective in managing subcontractor relationships and performance.
