Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Water Engineering team as a Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer. With opportunities in our rapidly growing offices nationwide, you'll also benefit from our flexible hybrid working model.

Here's what you'll do:
1. Mechanical Design: Lead and review the design of mechanical elements in wastewater and water infrastructure treatment projects, including chemical dosing, pumping stations, and sludge treatment units, from concept to completion.
2. Quality Assurance: Produce and review client deliverables - calculations, drawings, and technical reports - ensuring they meet relevant standards and procedures.
3. Project Management: Support the preparation and management of bids using internal systems and operations.
4. Mentorship: Guide and oversee the work of junior staff, delegating tasks and serving as a technical mentor.

Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what's possible?
Here's what we're looking for:
1. BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Chartered (or near Chartered) Member of a relevant Professional Institution.
3. Experience in the design of water and wastewater engineering deliverables with multi-disciplinary knowledge.
4. Experience managing projects, delegating tasks and technical mentoring within water and wastewater.
