Job Summary
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity at all times. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and experience working in a care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
