We are searching for an Interim Head of Service & Operations who will play a pivotal role in managing IT operations and guiding our client through a period of significant change.
Responsibilities
1. Hold the MSP accountable for meeting contractual targets and Service Level Agreements.
2. Monitor and drive improvements in service delivery to maintain high standards of performance.
3. Act as a key sponsor and lead for the RFP process for the IT services contract, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate suppliers.
4. Provide strategic guidance to support the decision-making process regarding whether to retain the incumbent provider or select a new supplier.
5. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service objectives and RFP milestones.
6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT service delivery and contractual transitions.
7. Previously managed outsourced IT providers and have selected new ones.
