Key Responsibilities Lead and Design Sessions : Plan and deliver engaging, nature-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity and resilience. Collaborate : Work closely with class teachers and senior leadership to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum. Resource Management : Set up, maintain, and organize all outdoor resources, ensuring safety and readiness for each session. Risk Assessment : Conduct and update risk assessments, ensuring all activities are safe and well-prepared.
