Salary £22,500 per annum + Uncapped commission OTE £30,000 + Daily Incentives
We are at an exciting stage on our business journey, and we are looking for talented sales agents who are ready for a challenge. The primary focus of this role is to work with our team to develop and deliver strong lead generation, driving qualified leads into the advisor team. You will need to have exceptional communication/ social skills and a passion for making money.
There will be lots of opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their abilities, further their own growth and move up within our rapidly growing business.
The role of Lead Generator involves making calls to clients across the UK who have reached out to get help with their finances. You will be expected to gather the client’s information in a positive and professional manner while showing understanding and speaking with clients about their current situation.
You will be required to assess the details taken alongside the set criteria and identify if we have a solution available for the client, if so, you will then be required to pass this client onto to the relevant qualified advisor.
