Position: Tech Support Call Centre Agent
Location: Coleshill - Hybrid working
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering 10-20 calls daily from our valued customers in the UK.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital payment services (Training provided)
* Familiarity with reading vending machine diagrams/schematics to understand and assist with cabling and resolve loose connections (Training provided).
Technical Skills:
* Experience with Salesforce, with a focus on Lightning (Nice to have).
* Familiarity with phone systems, particularly the transition to Vonage.
