Our Associate Resourcing team oversees resourcing, contracting, onboarding and relationship management within this essential examiner community. What will I be doing?
As a Resourcing Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating examiner allocations, managing contracts and onboarding, as well as collaborating with colleagues within the organisation to ensure exams are marked in time for results day. Your role will involve tracking progress using data, forecasting examiner demand and supporting decision-making. You'll engage with examiners via email, phone and system updates to maintain a smooth process while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency.
What will I need to succeed?
* Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in handling data, spreadsheets, and reports.
* A methodical approach with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and contribute to a successful outcome.
