Our client helps everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching, and community for everyone, whether you're improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date, they have built iOS, Android, and Apple watch apps that helped people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.
They are growing extremely fast and in November 2023 closed a new £5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex, and Creator Ventures. They want to grow as fast as they can into the future and are looking for individuals who will help get there.

Their aim is to reach millions of subscribers in the next 5 years and be the go-to training platform for any runner. What you'll be doing
You'll be owning user acquisition entry points (website and app stores), taking full responsibility for the optimisation of these with the objective of driving growth. Reporting into the Head of Growth, your role as Growth Manager (Acquisition) will include:
Website
1. Overseeing Website: including maintaining existing pages, ideating, scoping, roadmap planning, and prioritisation.
2. Working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery against the roadmap.
3. Managing all web conversion tracking (including web-to-app) to make data-driven decisions & provide visibility of performance to the wider team.
4. Supporting with the launch of web onboarding and purchase journey.
5. Taking ownership of programmatic SEO efforts.
6. Staying on top of technical SEO performance and continuously looking for opportunities to maximise organic acquisition via web.
7. Complete ownership of App Store Optimisation (ASO) on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store across all major markets, including keyword & metadata optimisation, product page/screenshot optimisation, custom product pages, in-app events, and promotional content.
8. Constant & iterative testing using app store native testing capabilities.

Requirements
They're looking for someone that loves
1. Optimising: you're constantly looking for opportunities to improve effectiveness and excel in optimising key touch points within the user acquisition journey: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), App Store Optimisation (ASO).
2. Experimenting: you get excited by running multiple A/B tests, from small CTA changes to entirely new structures and pages. You love designing, executing & deep-diving into experiments and their results.
3. Collaborating & Communicating: you love working with multiple teams and stakeholders (both internal and external) and you're just as comfortable collaborating with designers as you are developers.
4. Conducting User Research: speaking to users to understand more about what makes them tick and how we can help them achieve their goals.
What experience they're looking for
They are looking for someone that loves this section and thinks Wow, this role was made for me. That said, we do need you to have 1.5+ years of proven experience in growth marketing and/or product management (web).

7. You know your way around WebFlow: (and ideally the App Stores).
8. You have previously been responsible for web acquisition journeys: ideally at a mobile app business.
