We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in building revenue engines to elevate startups to their next stage.
The Opportunity: As Sales Director, you’ll be central to our continued growth, optimising the sales function, and developing new revenue channels. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-potential sales operation, build key partnerships, and drive strategic diversification, all while directly contributing to the company’s ambitious growth objectives. We’re looking for a candidate with proven sales leadership, strong commercial instincts, and a history of driving revenue in dynamic, high-growth settings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Team Development:
* Build and lead a high-performing, KPI-driven sales team.
* Set targets, monitor performance, and deliver training to ensure consistent results.
* Establish and refine sales processes to maximise efficiency and conversion rates.
1. Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy:
* Identify and implement new revenue channels, particularly in and beyond the energy sector.
* Develop and nurture partnerships to expand revenue streams.
2. Sales Operations & Reporting:
* Manage sales forecasting and KPI tracking using tools such as Power BI and Sales CRM.
* Report on critical metrics to support informed decision-making and drive growth goals.
3. Continuous Improvement & Market Insights:
* Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in sales and lead generation.
* Champion continuous improvements in processes, tools, and team development to sustain high performance.
* Ensure consistent quality in service delivery to partners.
About You: You’re an energetic, results-driven sales leader who is both hands-on and strategic. You have experience building scalable sales functions, driving rapid revenue growth, and optimising sales processes. Ideally, you bring experience from the energy sector or a similar field, and you’re motivated by the chance to shape the future of a business primed for expansion.
