Circet UK are looking for an experienced Regional Depot Manager to join our team managing depot operations across Scotland.

Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to depot managers to achieve performance targets.
* Develop and implement best practices across all depots in Scotland to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for depot teams.
* Monitor day-to-day depot activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of all depots, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
* Coordinate the allocation of resources to optimize operational output.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Analyse and report on depot performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
* Manage the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies across all Scotland depots.
* Drive cost-effective operations across all depots, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve resource utilization.
* Monitor and control budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Oversee national inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and reporting across depots.
* Act as the primary point of contact between depot managers and senior management.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge requirements:
* Proven experience in multi-site operations management - preferably in logistics, warehousing, or similar field.
* Proven track record of people management.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing managers or large teams.
* Understanding of cost management and budget control.
* Knowledge of plant and vehicle maintenance.
* Proficiency in using stock management and reporting systems.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Process management for stock allocation and distribution skills.
* Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively to adhere to strict timescales within operations.
* Basic knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
