This is an exciting role to join our in-house Softcat Studio. You will play a key part in bringing our brand's creative vision to life, supporting the creative needs of the business, and producing compelling video's that empower our sales teams to go to market with confidence. As Videographer, you'll be responsible for: Working alongside our Marketing teams to deliver creative outcomes to briefs, from initial conversations and story boards through to final edited videos. Owning the end-to-end process for video creation, including writing scripts, editing raw materials, setting stage and lighting. Creating videos for a wide range of initiatives from talking heads, corporate videos, employee engagement, explainers, product scenarios, motion graphics and many more. Managing multiple video projects at once, ensuring delivery on time and on-brand We'd love you to have Qualifications in multimedia or equivalent or experience in similar environment A strong portfolio across both digital media and video Experience working with the Adobe Creative suite including Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects Experience in working with a variety of video formats, including long-form content, short-form videos, and social media clips Experience with both pre-production (e.g., location scouting, shot lists, storyboarding and planning) and post-production (e.g., video editing, audio mixing) processes. A natural storyteller, you will be an excellent communicator both written and verbally Experience working with brand guidelines A creative flair, strong organisational skills, and an eye for detail with the ability to meet tight timelines An appetite to keep up to date with the lates trends and innovations in social media and digital platforms Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
