You will proactively deliver high quality repair and maintenance projects ensuring our customer experience requirements are of the highest standard.Our benefits package includes:Excellent salary linked to experience up to £46,000 with overtime opportunities20 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 5 days)Designated EAP service to support health and financial wellbeingRefer a friend scheme (earn £750 for each referral)Birthday and Christmas Gift VouchersEnjoy discounts for UK hotel staysApprentice Development Schemes (Leadership Management programs available)Training and Development opportunities for career progression (Manufacture training and HGV Licence)Charity and Community events throughout the year.Branded workwear and PPE provided.Your day-to-day duties as our HGV TechnicianKey Activities :Conduct routine maintenance servicing of HGVs and vans.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.Perform engine, gear box, suspension and brake repairs.Conduct pre MOT and roadworthiness inspectionsEnsure all vehicles comply with DVLA standards and regulations.Complete inspection reports and necessary documentation.Work efficiently to ensure vehicles are repaired within agreed timeframesFollowing health and safety procedures including wearing the appropriate PPE and ensuring you have carried out the relevant training for all manual handling equipment and use of tools.Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.What you will need:Passion about our customers satisfaction and their trust in our brandProven experience as a HGV technician.
