Reed is supporting a Global highly successful family ran company based in Flax Bourton, North Somerset, with the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional support and assistance while always striving to deliver high levels of service and attention to detail. Processing customer orders and reviewing the availability of stock to meet customer demand Receiving and processing enquiries, reports, and customer queries and complaints. Monthly review and reconciliation. Running regular reports and updating records for management and for the Operations Supervisor, plus occasional credit control activities. Support and holiday cover for other operations/logistics team members. The CSA provides support for local marketing & promotional activities, including organising events & exhibitions, copy inventory and production. About you: You will be a strong and diligent administrator comfortable supporting customers over the phone. You will be an all-arounder, happy to work in a small, busy office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Some previous administration skills Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues effectively. Highly proficient in using Excel Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
