This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and Conference & Events (C&E) operations.
Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of service, leading and developing the F&B team, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves managing staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
This position is based on-site in Elstree and plays a vital role in the hotel's leadership team, supporting the overall success of the property.
