The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of digital marketing projects. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and making sure that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Project Management:
* Oversee multiple digital marketing projects from inception to completion.
* Set clear project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
* Implement project management tools to maintain workflow efficiency.
✅ Account Management:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.
* Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance.
* Address any client concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
✅ Team Coordination:
* Work closely with paid media specialists, designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver outstanding results.
* Ensure seamless collaboration between departments and external partners.
* Run project meetings, setting clear objectives and action points.
✅ Quality Control & Performance Monitoring:
* Review and approve deliverables before they go live.
* Ensure all work meets agency standards and aligns with client goals.
* Analyse campaign performance data and work with the team to optimise strategies.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in a project management or account management role within a digital marketing agency.✔️ Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, content marketing, and campaign execution.✔️ Exceptional organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.✔️ Excellent communication skills – confident in liaising with clients and internal teams.✔️ Problem-solving mindset – able to think on your feet and find solutions to challenges.✔️ Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.✔️ Data-driven approach – comfortable reviewing reports and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
