Are you looking for a key role in a dynamic and growing company?
We have an exciting opportunity for a role of Customer Service Team Leader, for a candidate who wants to manage a small team of Customer Service Executives.
You will be working alongside the Sales Manager and other senior personnel to ensure you deliver a world class service to customers.
Duties required for Customer Service Team Leader:
• Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and resolution focussed manner.
• Increasing customer engagement and managing reviews
• Dealing with escalated queries from sales staff or customers
• Producing performance reports and extracting data to improve business functionality
• Administrative duties as and when required.
• Conducting staff briefings and overseeing workflow
• Approving annual leave requests and managing absence to always provide adequate cover in the office
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding and training any new hires within the office
In order to be considered for this Customer Service Team Leader role candidates must have:
• Previous exposure to managing a Customer Service team.
• An excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organisational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience of working in a customer facing role and being passionate about delivery high customer care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
