As a change specialist, you will lead innovative projects that enhance business outcomes and operational efficiencies across diverse services. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle. You will conduct service reviews and implement changes to manage the project through to completion.
You will be multitasking a variety of exciting projects simultaneously, all within a supportive environment that values your expertise and offers opportunities for personal growth. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of change projects involving new systems, processes, and products.
* Contribute to annual change planning, ensuring strategic alignment and benefit tracking.
* Report on benefits achieved per change initiative.
* Support and advise on local change initiatives.
* Build strong partnerships across MES, identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
* Identify impactful business process and behavioural changes to improve customer experience and profitability.
* Lead implementation using Prince2 and Agile methodologies, keeping stakeholders and leadership informed.
* Collaborate on ‘Project 2025’ and other strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
* Oversee business change implementation through workflow redesign, behavioural shifts, and tech adoption.
* Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the CIO.
* Perform other duties as required.
Person Specification
Experience
* 3+ years in project management within a dynamic environment.
* Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional business change projects.
* Experience in business/system integration and finance-related process change.
* Strong leadership and clear, concise communication.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in project management tools.
* Capable of managing multiple projects and budgets.
* Performs well under pressure.
* Solid understanding of business processes, tech, and behaviours.
* Energetic, driven, and committed to MES Group’s success.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
* Relevant professional certifications.
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience
