Job summary Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is an NHS service supporting people of all ages with mild to moderate mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. The service offers a range of support and therapies children and young people and adults and employs around 150 staff across the city who deliver a combination of face to face and remote appointments. The main base for the service is on Preston Road in Brighton. The service is delivered by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with YMCA DownsLink Group, and Southdown. We are currently recruiting an Assistant to join our Leadership Team to support the efficient and effective working of senior leads within the service. We are looking for someone who has a desire to make a difference, to work hard and to further their knowledge, skills and experience. You will need to have: Strong organisational, communications and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of a wide range of IT packages including Microsoft Office Experience of detailed minute taking and some experience of coordinating meetings Experience of supporting others with diary management (e.g. booking meetings with a variety of stakeholders) The ability to work independently using your own initiative Main duties of the job Your focus in this role will be to provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Senior Leadership team of the Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service.
