Title: Field & Channel Marketing Coordinator (UK Office based)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 times per week in the office)

Our people are our most important resource. We’re looking for a Field & Channel Marketing Coordinator. You will be a high-impact member of the marketing team that assists and executes on strategy defined by the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager for Northern & Western Europe.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Programs
Assist and Work together with the Senior Channel and Field Marketing Manager for Northern & Western Europe to develop and implement regional marketing activity for Northern & Western Europe.
Responsibilities include:
* Integrated and direct marketing activity directed at customers, prospects, distributors, and resellers
* Execution of regional OEM marketing programs and events
* Regional trade show and event management
* Regional webinar content, schedule, and delivery working with corporate marketing
* Content Review of collateral and presentation materials as necessary
* Regional sales enablement
Digital Marketing
* Exhibit best practices in email marketing copy to drive revenue and customer acquisition
* Manage demand generation aspects of localized websites and maintain regional micro sites as appropriate
* Assist and Execute regional lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs and events
* Deliver ROI focused measurement reporting
* Execute online media, email acquisition, affiliate marketing including Salesforce and Pardot as appropriate
Events/Tradeshows
* Assist, plan and manage regional trade shows and events under the supervision of the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager
* Represent field marketing at SOTI events as needed
* Dispatch of SOTI booth assets to key regional events and oversee their setup
* Maintain SOTI website and/or regional microsites with upcoming event information
Public Relations
* Work with Field Marketing Team to support local PR opportunities, press releases
* Assist with the management of case study referral program
Channel Engagement & Development
* Assist sales team in the development of actionable, measurable programs for the recruitment of new resellers
* Assist and Execute on programs designed by Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager to help develop existing reseller business and support co-marketing activities
* Work with sales team and resellers in supporting local shows, lunch-and-learns, etc.
* Assist with the rollout out of channel sales training programs as necessary
* Coordination of regional channel communications
Budget Management & Planning
* Assist in developing annual and quarterly regional field marketing plan that aligns with regional sales, corporate marketing, and overall corporate objectives
* Assist with the planning and reporting of regional marketing budget, accrual and expenditure within region
* Create all PO’s in line with agreed budgets and submit to corporate for approval as per P.O. process
* Measure key performance indicators of regional marketing activities with monthly and quarterly roll up
Qualifications
* Native English Speaker
* Additional language is a big a plus (such as Dutch, French, Norwegian or Swedish)
* 1-3 years of marketing experience including in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management
* Experience implementing field marketing plans, especially events, that include measurements of success
* Proven, effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong project and collaboration skills
Demonstrable capabilities of building project plans and managing them through to successful completion
* Proven track record of exceeding targets and meeting deadlines under pressure
* Self-motivated, can-do attitude with a strong team focus and customer service towards internal and external parties
* Be a fast learner; open to learn and build expertise in supporting tech systems, such as Salesforce, Project Management tools
A valid driver’s license and availability to travel nationally and internationally
