Customer Service Representative – Permanent Full Time - Great Salary!
Site: This is a site-based role out of Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland.
Salary: £12.60 per hour / £26,208 per annum.
Start Date: Monday 9th December 2024.
Training Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm for 8 Days (Week 1 Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm and Week 2 Mon – Wed 9am – 6pm).
Working Hours: 40hrs per week (5 days per week).
Weekdays: Candidates need to be flexible to work between Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm (No Bank Holidays).
Weekends: No weekends.
ID: Passport or Birth Cert, National Insurance Number and Address Proof is required (dated in the last 3 months).
Probity: DBS and Credit Check (We are only looking at outstanding CCJs and Bankruptcy, however we are able to work with applicants who are currently on a repayment plan, and making regular payments). Cost covered by employer.

CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. By ensuring the workforce are appropriately qualified the card plays its part in improving standards and safety on UK construction sites.
You will provide excellent customer service when assisting with a variety of customer enquiries and support customers via inbound call handling for general enquiries and to support customers through the Online CSCS Card application process. As such, we’re looking for people with a customer-focused attitude, active listening, effective questioning skills, and a strong product knowledge.
This is an inbound role and you will be the first point of contact for people looking for positive and effective solutions.

* Competent PC user, using multiple systems, Word and Excel.
