About Us
The Business Support Service Team (Directors Office) is a small, friendly team that works effectively together and across commissioning and operational services in Adult Social Care. As Personal Assistant to the Extended Leadership Team, you will be central in providing high level support to Deputy Directors of Adult Social Care Service and Commissioning Service. We work to an agile framework and have good internal electronic communication networks for additional support.
About the Role
This post requires excellent administrative and PA experience. Dealing with confidential matters and handling a wide range of enquires through to a satisfactory outcome. You will provide diary management and, when required, research and follow-up on planned tasks.

About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, pays attention to detail, can work calmly and efficiently under pressure and has good IT skills.
You will be required to work proactively to support members of the ELT in the performance of their duties and to work efficiently under minimal supervision. You will be able to complete confidential tasks, demonstrate discretion and use initiative to effectively support the Extended Leadership Team.
You must be a good communicator with a customer-focused approach and have previous experience working in an administrative environment.
